LeAnn Renee Janice, 55, of Blackwell, OK, died at home on September 9, 2022, surrounded by family and friends. Viewing will be Thursday, September 15, 2022, from 1:00 - 8:00 PM and Friday, September 16, 2022, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, at Trout Funeral Home and Crematory, Ponca City, OK. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.
LeAnn Renee Prince Janice was born September 18, 1966, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Debra Ellington and Chester Prince She grew up in her hometown of Blackwell and Billings, Oklahoma. She met her husband, Billy Janice, on July 11, 1985, and were married July 11, 1986, in Corpus Christy ,Texas. She loved Billy with all her heart, who is the best husband, and always thanked god for him being an excellent provider and a great care giver. She and Billy lived in the Blackwell area for a majority of their 36 years of marriage. She was a homemaker but also worked various jobs. She loved dancing, fishing, camping, coloring, singing, and redecorating her home. Family and friends came first. She loved with a whole heart. Gathering with family and friends and visiting with them was her joy.
She is survived by: her husband, Billy Janice, of the home, mom; April Arnold, children; Tiera Comeaux, Shaneia Comeaux , Kodi Cox, Cory Anson, Kyle Anson, Colton Brown, Kaiden Brown; grandchildren, Nova Renee Anson-Johnson, Lyric Lee Wade Duncan, Haiven Star Maple; brothers; Buddy Prince, Carl Prince, Earl Cox and wife, Vicki, Eric Cox; sisters, Tammy Prince, Cindy Cox Comeaux and husband, Shane, Rebecca Austin and husband, Naoplean, Kassina Prince and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Chester Prince, mother, Debra Watts and father-in-law, Emery Joseph Janice and brother, Donnie Cox, Jr.
She will be missed bunches. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elara Caring Hospice, 427 E Cherokee Ave, Ste. 3, Enid, OK 73701
