Theresa Elaine Vilchis, 64, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on August 5, 2021, in Ponca City. A Graveside Ceremony will take place at 2:30 PM, Tuesday, August, 10, 2021, at the Ponca Tribal Cemetery with Brandon Kimble officiating. View will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave., Ponca City, OK 74601.
Theresa was born on February 15, 1957, in Pawnee, OK, to DeForrest and Serena (Brown) Jones. Theresa was a Dallas Cowboys fan and liked to cook. Her favorite thing to bake was Chocolate fudge cake. If you didin't see her cleaning, you could hear her yelling at her girls. Theresa lived in North Carolina for a time. She loved her girls, Gigi and Baby Girl.
Theresa is survived by: her siblings, Samuel LeClaire, Durene Jones Santana, Sherry Jones, Jennifer Jones, Rose LaVern, Virgie Sosa, Victoria Collins, George Collins, Louise Jones, George Karty; daughter, Breanna Joe; grandchildren, Phillena Sue Overland, William Bear Overland, Theodore Wayne Overland, Arthur James Overland, Joshua Dean Barnett, Corey DeWayne Grant, Courtney Sue Grant, Silas Wetzel Grant; numerous great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other family members and friends.
Theresa was preceded in death by: her parents; children, Wenona Sue Barnett, Tara Kay Barnett, David Waddell Barnett; grandchild, Marie; a great-grandchild; brother, Edward Jones.
Pallbearers will be Jason Souther, DeForrest Souther, Steven Souther, David Souther, IV, Chris Souther, Billy Joe Karty, Isreal Garcis, Jr., Emilio Garcia, Devin LeClair, Sergio LeClair, Bubz LeClair, Cornelius LeClair, Jeffery LeClair and Bert LeClair.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Algernon Karty, William Overland and Steve Souther.
