Stephanie Lizabeth (Grant) Sisco

July 9, 1949 ~ March 14, 2021

Stephanie Grant Sisco, 71, beloved companion, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister was called to her eternal resting place on March 14, 2021. She entered this world on July 9, 1949 in Pawnee, Oklahoma born to Jesse C Grant, Sr, and Josephine DeLodge Grant. Stephanie lived in Kay County her whole life.

She enjoyed playing Bingo, watching OU football, going Garage Sales and being with family cookouts.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her companion of 30 years, Pam Little Voice of the home, four daughters, Debra Grant of Newkirk, OK, Josephine “JoJo” LeRoy, Grace and Vivica Buffalohead of the home, son, Chance Buffalohead and his wife Carly of Ponca City, OK, adopted son, Alvin Collins of the home, grandchildren, Carrie, and her husband Alan Jimboy of Tulsa, OK, Viola and husband Les McGee of Newkirk, OK, John W. Warrior, Jr of Sayre, OK, Danny Lieb of Holdenville, OK, Charlene Lieb of Tulsa, OK, Stephanie “Lady” Robles, Mariah Cole, Riley and Miah Buffalohead of Ponca City, OK, great grandchildren, Waylon Jimboy, DeWayne James, Aaron James, Keaton James, Isaac McGee, Calvin Lieb, Danny Lieb, Danika David, John Wayne, Zachariah, Michael, Florence, Smoky and Yellowhawk, great great granddaughters, Savannah James and Athena Jimboy, sisters, Jessica Clark and Monica Biggoose of Tulsa, OK, Darlena “Rose” DeLodge, Pearline DeLodge and Annabelle Roy of Ponca City, OK, two brothers, “Jobo” Quinton DeLodge and Raymond DeLodge of Ponca City, OK, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, three sisters and three nephews.

Traditional Ponca Nation Tribal Services will be held in Stephanie’s honor at the Ponca Tribal Community Center in White Eagle, OK. Her services will conclude with the Noon Feast on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, followed by the Funeral Service at 2pm with Pastor Jim White presiding, then laid to rest in the Ponca Indian Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Chance Buffalohead, Isaac McGee, Antione DeLodge, Baptiste DeLodge, Darrell Clark, and Alvin Collins. Honorary bearers include, John Warrior, Jr, Danny Lieb, Eli and Aaron Page, Waylon Jimboy, DeWayne James, Aaron James, Keaton James, Calvin Lieb, Zachariah Cole, Cory, and Silas Grant.
