Amarbe Pappan, Jr "M.R." Age 51, resident of Ponca City, passed away at his home on Thursday, December 21, 2017.
Amarbe was born on November 30, 1966 to Amarbe Pappan, Sr. and Juanell Pappan in Claremore, OK He grew up in Ponca City, attending Ponca City Schools. Following his education he entered the carpentry industry.
He was married to Dawena Warrior in 1989 and to their marriage they had four children, Trey, Shauna, Cary and Tiaira.
He is survived by his wife, Dawena, Pappan the home, two sons, Trey and Cary Pappan of Ponca City, OK; two daughters, Shauna Pappan of Tonkawa, OK and Tiara Pappan of Ponca City, OK.;a brother Eugene Pappan of Oklahoma City, OK; a sister , Sarah Calls Him of Tonkawa, OK and 7 grandchildren, Ah'naalee, Amarbe IV "Bubba", Juanell, Andre, Audrina, Alayah and Aiden.
He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother.
Following the Traditional Noon Feast Funeral Services will be held at the Tonkawa Gymnasium on Sunday, December 24, 2017 with burial to follow at the Ponca Tribal Cemetery. Arrangements will be under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel. casket bearer Garland Pappan, Jr.
