May 20, 1956 - April 30, 2019

Rosa Roy Luna-Ramirez has passed away. She was only 62 years old. She was born on May 20, 1956 in Ponca City, Ok to Mitchell Red Roy, Jr. and Grace Amy Jones Roy. She was raised with a large happy family. She worked as a bartender in Del City, Ok. She met the love of her life, Victorio Luna-Ramirez and on April 15, 2008 they were married.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Victor of the home, Daughter Nancy Wyena and her husband Joaquin Gamboa, her son Jimmy Wyena, Jr. and his wife Jackie, grandchildren: Delory George, Ethan George, Emery George, Ryan Murr, Jennifer Wyena, Elia Wyena and Shawn Wyena. Brothers George Roy, Mitchell Roy, and George Karty, sisters Virgie Sosa, Theresa Jones, Sherry Jones, and Louise Andrea Jones. Numerous nieces and nephews as well as a large extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Delores Jones and brother Norman Amoore Jones, Jr.

Traditional Tribal services will be held Thursday evening at the First United Methodist Church of White Eagle. A noon feast will take place on Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Church with services to follow. Burial will be at the Ponca Indian Cemetery also In White Eagle. Pastor Jim White will officiate.
