Levi was born November 20, 1929 in Ponca City, the son of Bessie Others Pappan.
Levi served his country in the United States Army. In earlier years he was
employed as a laborer in the construction business. One of Levi's special
enjoyments was fishing.
He is survived by two sisters, Molly Pappan Eagle and Lillian Pappan Eagle, both
of White Eagle; three brothers, Garland Pappan, Thomas Pappan Sr. and LeLand
Pappan Jr., all of Ponca City; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a
cousin, Marion Cerre. Levi was loved by all his family and friends. He was
