Julia Ann Cerre, 64, of Ponca City, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2014 at her home. Julia was born on July 12, 1949 in Pawnee, OK to Mitchell and Dora Fire Shaker Cerre. Julia was the baby of 6 brothers and sisters.

Julia loved being with her family the most. She enjoyed spending every moment she could with her grandchildren. She enjoyed football, baseball and was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan.

Julia was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Elizabeth Noear, Husband Roland Noear, SR, Brother Ben Cerre, Sisters Venola Rosborough, Harriett Cerre and grandson Lee Cornell.

Julia is survived by her 4 sons Franklin Noear, Roland Noear, JR, Raymond Cerre and Robert Rosborough. 3 brothers Paschal Cerre, Tony Cerre and Millard Cerre all of Ponca City. Nieces Harriett Littlecook, Geri Cornell of Tonkawa and Hilda Williams Cerre of Marland. Grandchildren Elizabeth Cerre, Miya Noear, Kayla Noear, Vincent Cerre, Raymond Manny Cerre and Joseph Baby Joe Cerre. Numerous other relatives.

Honorary Bearers are Garner Lieb, Jesse Marshall, J.D. Ruff, Hank Ruff, Joe Ruff, Josh Allen, Arthur Cerre, Mitchell Cerre and Jayboy Goodman.

Graveside services at the Ponca Tribal Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
