June 11, 1988 - May 10, 2019

Risa C. Brown, 30, beloved Mother, Sister, and Daughter was called to her eternal resting place on May 10, 2019. She entered this world on June 11, 1988, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, born to Rudolph "Rudy" Brown and Brenda J. Smith Brown.

Funeral services will follow traditional Noon feast and give away 2 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2019, in the Ponca Indian United Methodist Church with Pastor Jimmy White officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponca Indian Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City, OK.

Risa worked for 7 Clans Casino for several years working various positions. She enjoyed going to casino's and playing, cooking, spending time with her children and playing Bingo.

She is survived by her sister Jasmine M. Tillman of McLoud, OK, father Rudy Brown of Oklahoma City, OK, 5 children; Revena Noriega, Jameson Noriega, Michael Noriega, Luke Noriega and Brenda Noriega. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Risa was preceded in death by her mother; Brenda Smith, 1 brother; Marcellus Tillman, Grandparents; Lena Smith, Franklin Smith, Earl Brown, Paulette Brown and her great-grandmother; Angelina Roy.
