Kenneth Marvin Brown, Sr., resident of Ponca City, OK passed away at his home in White Eagle on March 11, 2011. He was born February 15, 1961 to Eugene Stanley Brown, Sr. and Mava Roy Brown.
A traditional meal will be held at Ponca Indian Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 12:00 pm following at service at 2:00 pm. The interment will then follow at the Ponca Indian Cemetery. Arrangements are made under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife Edith Walkingsky Brown, parents, Eugene Stanley Brown, Sr. and Mava Roy Brown; brother, Eugene Stanley Brown, Jr..
He is survived by his three children; Kenneth Marvin Brown, Jr. and his wife Corina Billie; daughters; Charlotte Brown and her husband Travis Parker, Lisa Brown and her husband Travis Blanchard, and one step daughter, Nicole Green Blanchard and her husband Mark Blanchard II. Grandchildren; Kenneth Marvin Brown, III, Ashley Ann Blanchard, Alyssa Marie Parker, Rose Ann Blanchard, Marcus Alan Ray Blanchard, Christine Rae Blanchard, Lorraine Renee Blanchard, Erin Lynn Blanchard, Eric Lee Blanchard, April Marie Blanchard, and Alexander Reed Blanchard. His siblings include; Edward Brown of Billings; Curtis Brown and Lamont Brown of Ponca City; Phillip Brown of South Dakota, Cody Brown of Nebraska; Martha, Eugenia, and Alice Brown all of Ponca City, and Teresa Brown of Billings.
Casket bearers will be Marvin, Lamont, Curtis, Odi, William, Joe, Charles, Fred, J.C., Francis, and Sundance. Honorary Casket Bearers will be Marvin, William, Harrison, Charles, Fred, J.C., Curtis, Lamont, Joe, Odi, Jason, Bo, Francis, and Sundance.
