Cody Williams
March 26, 1987 - June 13, 2025

Cody Williams, 38. Our beloved Father, Son and brother passed away on June 13, 2025. Cody was born March 26,1987 in Stillwater, OK to Daniel Lee Williams and Arlene Grant Williams.

Graveside services will be held 10 am Thursday, June 19, 2025, in the Ponca Indian Cemetery with Pastor Jim White officiating.

Cody grew up in red Rock, OK attended Frontier Public school graduating in 2004. Upon graduation he went to Guthrie Job core learning the trade of Welding and then he transferred to Hobbs, New Mexico and studied Non-Destructive testing. He also attended Morningside University and Bacone College. During his education he received the presidential education award from President Bill Clinton for academic excellence in 1997.

Following his schooling he went to work for Mertz in Ponca City, OK as a fabrication Welder. Cody enjoyed OU football, enjoyed laughing and telling corny jokes that he thought were funny. Cody also enjoyed cruising in his Cadillac.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are two children, Anayla Williams of Pawnee, OK and Cody Grant Williams II of Ponca City, OK, Mother, Arlene Grant, two brothers, David Williams and Eric Williams, All of Ponca City, OK. two Aunts, Kathleen Williams and Melissa Williams both of Pawnee, OK, three uncles, Sid Armstrong and wife Angelica of Ponca City, OK Ted and Teresa Grant of Red Rock, OK, Jim and Lisa Grant of Ponca City, OK also surviving is a special friend, Leslie Cornell of Tonkawa, OK and numerous nieces, nephews and cousin.

Cody was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Fred and Vivena Williams, Bill and Adah Grant, and his father, Daniel Lee Williams.
