Ponca Tribal Cemetery



Jeremy Whitehorn, 44, was called to his eternal resting place on May 12, 2022. He entered this world on July 4, 1977 in Ponca City, Oklahoma born to Wiley and Rowena Whitehorn.

He moved to Oklahoma City when he was 14 and attended Taft Middle School and High School where he graduated. He was self-employed as a handy man who did yard work and roofing jobs. In his spare time, Jeremy liked to hunt and fish.

He is survived by his father Wiley Whitehorn, three sisters: Mathesha Grass, Lacy Whitehorn, and Holly Page, and one brother, J.J. Allen.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his mother, Rowena.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the Ponca Indian Cemetery with Reverend Doctor Lewis Headman officiating. Pallbearers are: Jarrett Svoboda, Henry Chaney, Ed Sroufe, Dan Page, Garland Son Pappan, and Blake Biggoose.
