Steven Antoine Floyd Roy
August 30, 1985 - April 6, 2024

Steven Antoine Floyd Roy, lovingly known as "Chubbs", 38, passed away on April 6, 2024, in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on August 30, 1985, in Ponca City, OK to Steven Roy and Althena LeRoy. He was raised by his great-grandparents Floyd and Ida Little Raven, who called him "Dude", until their death. He then went to live with Anna LittleRaven Chaney and Carl L. Chaney, who he referred to as "mom" and "Papa".

In his spare time, Steven enjoyed reading and art, drawing being his favorite, and made many cherished moments with his beloved family and friends. His warm presence and kind soul touched the lives of all those around him, leaving behind memories that will be treasured for a lifetime. He especially loved to spend time with his nieces and nephews, who he loved very much, and could grab their attention at any time with one of his stories.

He is survived by his loving mom and Papa, Anna and Carl; brothers: Juan Castulo of Arkansas City, KS, and Bradley Sroufe of Boley, OK; sisters: Audree A. LeRoy, Andrea Pocowatchit, Cheryl Castulo, and Shanyia Pocowatchit, all of Oklahoma City, OK; aunts: Lahoma and wife Tara Primus of Sacramento, CA, and Jean Roy Ponca City, OK; uncles: Ed Sroufe of Ponca City, OK and Michael "Deuce" Primus of Carnegie, OK. Steven also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart including Nathaniel and Dominique Dailey of Oklahoma City, OK; Everette and Elvie Anna Castulo of Arkansas City, KS; Selestyna Pocowatchit of Oklahoma City, OK; J.C., Kent Elvira Xavier Alex Lenox; not to forget his great-grandmother Estelline Little Standing Buffalo Warrior. In addition to his family members mentioned above are Steven's street family from Oklahoma City whom he loved dearly.

Steven is preceded in death by his birth parents Althena LeRoy and Steven Roy; maternal grandparents Elvira Primeaux Sroufe and Antoine "Tony" LeRoy; paternal grandparents Robert and Lahoma Koomsa Roy; aunt Altonya M. LeRoy and uncle Alten S. LeRoy; as well as great-grandparents Floyd Little Raven and Ida Mae Little Standing Buffalo Little Raven.

A graveside service to honor the life of Steven will take place at Ponca Tribal Cemetery in Oklahoma on April 11th, 11:00 AM, with Pastor Jim White officiating. May we find solace in knowing that Steven's spirit lives on through the love he shared with us all.
