Neal Roughface
May 17, 1988 - June 29, 2024

Neal James Roughface member of the Ponca Tribe of Oklahoma. Our father, son, brother, uncle and grandpa made his journey on June 29th, 2024.

Neal James was born on April 17th, 1988, to Georgina CallsHim and Nelson Roughface.

Neal attended Cleveland High School where he broke many track records and made it to state. He loved to be outdoors fishing. He was a self-taught artist, he enjoyed playing the guitar and drums. His favorite types of music were country and rock. His favorite color was black. At a young age he enjoyed grass dancing at pow wows. After finishing high school, he decided he wanted to join the Marine Corps. He was deployed overseas in the middle east where he saw active combat. He also operated military tanks. After serving his time in active duty, when he was called back, he declined. The next thing in life came his children, which he loved dearly and his family.

He is survived by his children, Neal 'Buck' Roughface, Jr. and Shania Roughface, and their mother Tiffany McGee of Cleveland, Oklahoma. His mother Georgina CallsHim, Mama-Zhinga Chirstine CallsHim of Ponca City, Oklahoma. His brother Sage CallsHim of Cleveland, Oklahoma. Richard Littlecook, Glenn Littlecook, T.J. CallsHim all of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Robert Paschal of Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Sisters Sherry Williamson of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Ellen Knight of Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Tesia Knight Grant of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Dawn Clarke-Rowe of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Tommie Knight of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Aunts Augustine Paschal, Jolene CallsHim, of Olympia, Washington. Delores CallsHim of Sioux City, Iowa. Uncle Melvin CallsHim, Sr. of Olympia, Washington. And numerous brothers, sister, little sons, little daughters, grandbabies, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his biological father Joey Anthony "Pee-Wee" Clark. Grandparents George and Imogen Primeaux CallsHime and Herb and Geneva Wilson. Uncles George CallsHim III. Edward CallsHim, Sr., Elden CallsHim, Sr., Elwood Sonny CallsHim, Sr., and Mark CallsHim, Sr. Aunt Kaiya Primeaux.

Honor our fallen Marine hero in prayer.
