Victoria "Vic" Sue Collins was born May 30, 1966 in Stillwater,OK to Verona Louise Collins and Deforest Jones. her maternal grandparents are Melvin Collins, Sr and Jenny Leclair Collins. Victoria passed in Oklahoma City on May 18, 2025, surrounded by family and loved ones.

She is survived by her husband Rudolph Brown, sister's Jennifer Jones, Sherry Jones, and big sister Melvina Collins. she is also survived by her children, Margo Huerta of Ponca City, Javene Collins of Brookings south Dakota, and Gonzalo Martinez Jr., Elaina Martinez, Gabriel Martinez of Oklahoma City Oklahoma. she also has 18 grandchildren who she loved very much. She has proceeded in death by her parents, sisters, Jacqueline "JJ" Jones, Teresa Jones, Irene Jones, Dolores Jones, and Brother, George Collins and Edward Jones.

Victoria enjoyed cooking various types of dishes. She was one of the best fried bread makers, and she made the best potato salad. She loved watching movies shows and video chatting her daughters. In her younger days, she enjoyed poetry, painting, sewing, and writing.
