Margaret Rojean Venable
May 3, 1946 ~ August 27, 2022 (age 76)

Margaret Rojean Venable was born to Melvin and Adline Foster on May 3rd, 1946, and she departed this life on August 27th, 2022,

Margaret grew up in Lawton, Oklahoma where she graduated from Douglas High School in 1963. She often visited relatives who lived in Temple, Oklahoma during the summer.

After graduating from Douglas High School, she moved to Berkeley, California where she met and married Robert Morgan in 1964. Robert is now deceased. From that union, Margaret was blessed with two sons: Robert and Damian Morgan.

In addition to being a wonderful mom, Margaret maintained a full-time job for forty years at Bank of America. Because of her tenacity and outstanding work ethics, she was promoted to Bank Manager and received numerous awards in that position before retiring.

In 2007, Margaret married her childhood sweetheart, George Venable Jr who grew up in Temple, Oklahoma but resided in Ponca City, Oklahoma for 29 years until his untimely death June 6th, 2022.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents: sister, Cynthia Foster; brothers: Jack Foster, Billy Foster and Calvin West; husbands: Robert Morgan and George Venable Jr.

She leaves behind her sons: Robert (Pam) Morgan, Damian Morgan; sisters: Angel Foster; Frances Rabb (Steven )Barraugh; Tina Foster (Joseph) Baty; Fay (L.C.) Brooks: brother, Kevin (Shunda) Foster: grandchildren; Alisia Morgan, Dalisia Morgan, Faleshia Morgan, Dameshia Morgan, Damian Morgan, Devin Morgan, Angelica Morgan and Andrea Morgan; Great grandchildren Myla Smith, Jordan and Jaylen Morgan. Margaret also leaves behind her nephew, Marquee Smith and a host of friends who dearly loved her.

The Morgan family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Shirley Venable for the love and care she gave to Margaret during the time of her illness. Also, to others for their expression of kindness, phone calls, food and other kind acts during this time.

Margaret will be laid to rest beside her dear husband, George at Odd Fellow Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Arrangements are being handled by Grace Memorial Chapel, Ponca City, Oklahoma. Services will be scheduled at a later date.
