Betty Mae Sanders
January 27, 1930 - July 18, 2022
Betty Mae (Fulton) Sanders of Ponca City, passed away on July 18, 2022. She was 92. Viewing will be Tuesday, July 26, 2022, 1 pm - 8 pm. Service will be 10am, Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at the Albright United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at the Odds Fellows Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.
Betty was born on January 27, 1930 to Francis and Dorothy (McDonald) Fulton in Olathe, KS. She attended school at Ponca City schools. Betty worked at the Ponca City Public Schools, doing clerical work and food services.
Betty was big on traveling, and especially loved Hawaii and going on Alaskan cruises. She also enjoyed audio books. She was a winter Texan for 39 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Francis and Dorothy Fulton, and husband Jay.
Betty is survived by her son Steven Sanders of Ponca City, son Roger Glenn of Kansas, one grandson, one great grandson in Derby, KS, and nieces and nephews.
