Kimberly Ann Howard, lifelong resident of Ponca City, passed away Sunday evening, November 15, 2009 at her home. She was 41 years of age.
Kimberly was born August 10, 1968 in Ponca City, the daughter of Edward Corky Gammon and Patricia Ann Kelly Gammon. She was a 1986 graduate of Ponca City High School. Kim was married to Lyle Howard on October 18, 2002 in Arkansas City, Kansas. Her enjoyments included bowling, spending time with her son Joseph and baby sitting other children.
She is survived by her husband, Lyle, of the home; her son, Joseph Dean Howard, of the home; her parents, Corky and Pat Gammon of Ponca City; two sisters, Krista Robertson and husband, Jimmy and Kelly Diemart and husband, James, all of Ponca City; six nieces and nephews, Ashley Rector, Ashlie Robertson, Angela Robertson, Dustin Jones, James Robertson and Camdan Roberts; five great nieces and nephews, Heaven and Gracie Snow, Bradon and Noah Robertson and Wyatt Rector.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ray and Madgie Gammon and maternal grandparents, Merle and Rachel Kelly.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2009 at Grace Memorial Chapel with Rev. Joe Howard presiding. Interment will be in the Ponca City I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Jimmy Robertson, J.B. Robertson, Dustin Jones, Rhonda Fairchild, E.J. Wilson, Chad Kelly. Honorary casket bearers will be James Diemart, Brent Roberts and Jared McMartin.
