September 23, 1980 - October 21, 2024

It is with great sadness that the family of Katherine Anne Emmons Gragg, announces that she has returned to be with her Lord on Monday, October, 21, 2024 at home.

Daughter of Charles and Bobbi Emmons, Katherine was born on September 23, 1980 in Houston, Texas. She graduated with an Associate Degree from Northern Oklahoma College and attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a focus on early childhood development.

She married Rick Gragg on May 24, 2003 in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Kathy had a gentle soul and a love for children. She had a special patience that made her the favorite Aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Kathy loved music and played the violin and piano, before arthritis took her hands.

Kathy will be lovingly remembered by her husband Rick Gragg of Ponca City, her father Charles Emmons of Ponca City, her siblings. Karen Ortiz of Ponca City, OK, David (Becky) Emmons of New Town, North Dakota, Katrina (Jason) Malcolm of Ponca City, Rebecca (Bradley) Pesicka of Guthrie, and Philip Emmons of Ponca City. Kathy will also fondly be remembered by her numerous nieces and nephews: Jacob, Ethan, Robert, Hannah, Samuel, Isabella, Sophia, John and Juan Henry, and Forrest.

Katherine was preceded in death by her mother, Bobbi (Tomlinson) Emmons of Ponca City, Ok, and her sister Susan Emmons of Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Viewing will be held 11am - 8pm, Friday, October, 25, 2024, at the Trout Funeral Home and Crematory, 505 West Grand, Ponca City, OK. The funeral is 10:30am on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 2408 East Hartford, Ponca City followed by burial at the Odd Fellows Cemetery at 1206 South Waverly, Ponca City. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.
