Michael Earl DeNoya, Jr, longtime Ponca City resident, passed away Friday, March 12, 2021, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City with his family by his side. He was born May 30, 1967, in Ponca City, the son of Carla (Peterson) DeNoya and the late Michael DeNoya, Sr.
Michael attended Ponca City Public Schools and graduated in 1985. He worked at Smith International for 28 years. Then he started his own business, Mike’s Spraying Service. He enjoyed the outdoors, animals, working in his yard, building and working on cars.
Michael is survived by his wife of the home, LeAnn, his mother, Carla DeNoya of Ponca City, his daughter, Megan Lickliter of Ponca City and her fiancé Lane Ramsey, sister Lori Taylor and her husband Jeff of Morris.
He is preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents, Louis J and Betty DeNoya, and maternal grandparents, Carl “Bud” and Lottie “Dixie” Peterson.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday March 19th at the Odd Fellow Cemetery with Pastor Milligan officiating. Family visitation will be Thursday, March 18th from 5-7 p.m at Trout Funeral Home in Ponca City. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.
