Hertha M. Adams, longtime Ponca City resident, died Sunday, April 9, 2006 at Saint Simeon’s Episcopal Home in Tulsa. She was 92.
The funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at the First Lutheran Church with Pastor Tom Pamsey, officiating. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery. Arrangements are made under the direction of Trout Funeral Home.
Hertha was born on November 21, 1913, to Adolph and Margaret (Panzer) Miller in Noble County, OK. She was united in marriage to Ralph Adams. She enjoyed sewing, the outdoors and loved to fish. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church.
She is survived by: one daughter Barbara Mayes and her husband Jerry of Tulsa and two grandchildren Jerry and Jay Mayes..
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, step father, two brothers and one half sister.
Casket bearers will be Henry Hainzinger, Hank Hainzinger, Jeff Todd, Jay Mayes, Brian Hainzinger and Frank Rorie.
