Diana Kay Foy, longtime resident of Ponca City, passed Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at the Ponca City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 69.

Diana was born July 21, 1945 in Ponca City, the daughter of Delbert Wayne Fair Sr. and Joy Marie (Eaton) Fair. She was a 1963 graduate of Ponca City High School and continued her education at Cowley County College, majoring in sociology. She was a C.N.A. and Doctor's Assistant for many years having worked at the Ponca City Hospital and for Dr. Morton of Arkansas City and also for Doctor's in Wichita, Kansas. She was a longtime volunteer, caregiver and Home Health Aid. She also had been head of housekeeping at the Ark City Hospital. Her last employment was in the customer service department at the Ponca City Lowe's Store.

She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Her enjoyments were reading, especially Nora Roberts books, watching detective shows and the weather channel. Diana loved her family, a loving mother that was always placing others before herself. She was also a wonderful cook and immaculate housekeeper.

She leaves behind her father, Delbert Wayne Fair Sr., of Ponca City; four children, Dawn Renea Koch and fiance Russell D. Ross, of Tonkawa, Charles Dee Kilpatrick and wife Tracy Annette, of Oklahoma City, Ted Lee Foy of Andover, Kansas and Sheena Barbara Joyce Sanford of Ponca City; three step-children, Kelly Williamson of Augusta, Kansas, Derrin Foy of Arkansas City, Kansas and Misty Tehel of St. Louis, Missouri; three brothers, Delbert Wayne Fair Jr. and wife Beverly of Ponca City, Kevin Zane Fair and wife Patricia, of Oklahoma City and Nathan John Fair and Paula of Pratt, Kansas; two sisters, Sherry Marie Williams and husband Gilson of Pawhuska, Oklahoma and Debby Ann Kelley of Ponca City; 25 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joy Marie Fair in 2010 and brother-in-law, Steve Kelley in 2007.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2015 at Grace Memorial Chapel with her son, Ted Lee Foy presiding. Interment will follow in the Newkirk Cemetery.
