Jeffery Earl Butzback of Blackwell, Oklahoma, passed away early Thursday morning, August 22, 2024, at his home at the age of 53 years.
Jeffery Earl Butzback was born on October 21, 1970, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, to Billy Francis and Catherine Marie (Spruill) Butzback. He grew up in Blackwell attending Blackwell Public Schools and graduating from Blackwell High School. He married Janet Dee Ellis on August 1, 1991, in Miami, Oklahoma, and they made Blackwell their home. She preceded him in death on June 13, 2012, and he continued to make Blackwell his home. He worked as a farmer for many years before working for S & S Fertilizer. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and being a pain.
He is survived by two sons, Jeffery Butzback and Deadra, and Wade Butzback and Triniti; a daughter, Jessica Butzback and Max; seven grandchildren; and other extended family.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; brother, Billy John Butzback; and a sister, Rebecca “Squeak” Butzback.
A funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 26th in the First Christian Church in Blackwell with burial to follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be Mark Bryant, Dalton Fox, Max Schuermann, Robert Epperly, Ryan Jefferson and Braden Kerstein. Honorary casketbearers will be Justin Epperly, Keith Boyer, Mike Lopez and Kevin Bray.
