December 12, 1961 ~ December 1, 2021Becky A. Mollet, 59, beloved Wife and Mother was called to her eternal resting place on December 1, 2021. She entered this world on December 12, 1961, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, born to Barbara Smith.
Becky grew up in Blackwell and attended the Blackwell school system. She married the love of her life Jim Mollet on May 29, 1987, in Winfield, Kansas and they made their home in Ponca City, OK. Becky enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, and she was an avid concert attendee. She and Jim went to as many concerts as possible and their last concert together was to watch one of her favorite groups, STYX. Becky was also an avid OU fan. They also attended Rocklahoma every year!
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Jim Mollet of the home; daughter, Teri Steele and husband, Casey, also of Ponca City; sister, Joyce Bretch and husband Gary of Blackwell; her sister-in-law’s and brother-in- laws and her Mother-in-Law, Mary Jo Baker and all of her nieces and nephews, as well as many many friends.
Becky was described by her family as a person with a “Big Heart” and she would do anything for anybody who was in need.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday December 6, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the Longwood Cemetery with Rev. Tom Howard officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 6, 2021, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Arrangements under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel Funeral Home. Casketbearers will be Casey Steele, Donald Elliott, Gary Mollet, Jimmy Mollet III, Christopher Bretch, Blane Boyer, Randy Bentley and Mike Fleming.
