Submitted by: Jo Aguirre

Florine Lucille Terry, 85, of Ponca City, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Ponca City Medical Center.
Florine was born on January 31, 1928 in Kaw City, Oklahoma to Bert and Anna (Krulic) Fleharty. She grew up in Kaw City and attended Kaw City High School. She worked many years in the restaurant and nursing business.
Florine was a very loving and giving woman. She met and retained friends throughout her entire life never losing contact and always giving that “much needed advice”. Florine was a wonderful cook and had a pie or some bread ready at all times to deliver to one of her many friends or family that were so dear and special to her. Florine loved her WWE wrestling and knew a couple of them personally. She never missed watching “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” and seemed to always know the correct answers. Florine always had a special place in her heart for her nephew Dave Fleharty. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her much adored older brother John and sisters; Geneva and Wanda.
She is survived by her son-John James of Many, LA, grandson and wife-Robbie and Lisa Robison and nephew and wife-Dave and Debby Fleharty all of Ponca City. Sisters; Thelma, Leona, Francis and Dorothy. Several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her best friends-Frankie Sayler and Bob McClung along with her beloved dog Tippy.
The family will receive friends and condolences at the home of Dave and Debby Fleharty, 3419 Meadow Lane. Memorials may be sent to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, 1904 N. Union Ste. 103, Ponca City, OK 74601.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at Grandview Cemetery, Kaw City with Chaplain Mike Sweetman, of Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, officiating.
