Death comes to Mrs. Joe Yoder; Rites Wednesday
Mrs. Joe (Cora Elizabeth Yoder), 54, 603 W. Padon, died at 12:50 a.m. Sunday at the Blackwell General hospital and funeral services have been set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Christian church.
Rev. Bert Sutton will officiate and burial will be in the Braman cemetery under direction of Roberts and Sons funeral home.
Mrs. Yoder was born Feb. 9, 1903 at Oral, Mo., and moved to Blackwell in 1935. She was a member of the Christian church.
Survivors in addition to her husband are her father, J. W. Bourne, Oxford, Kans.; a daughter, Mrs. JoAnn Wilson, Limestone, Maine; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Mlford, Deer Creek, and Mrs. Stella Lynch, Tucson, Ariz.; four brothers, Wiley Bourne, Burton, Kans.; Merle Bourne and Eddie Bourne, Fairfield, Calif.; and Early Bourne, Wichita; and a grandson, Ricky Dee Wilson, Limestone.
Preceding her in death were her mother, two brothers, and a sister.


OBITUARY
MRS. CORA ELIZABETH YODER
Cora Elizabeth Yoder, daughter of Joseph and Evelyn Bourne, was born February 9, 1903 at Oral, Mo., and passed away at the Blackwell General hospital, Easter Sunday, April 21, 1957 at the age of 54 years, 2 months, and 12 days.
She came to Oklahoma at a young age with her parents. She was united in marriage to Joseph G. Yoder in September, 1935, at Anthony, Kans. To this union was born one daughter. She was a member of the Christian church.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Yoder of the home, 603 W. Padon, her daughter, Mrs. Tim Wilson, Limestone, Maine; one grandson, Richy Dee Wilson; her father, J. W. Bourne, Oxford, Kans.; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Milford, Deer Creek, and Mrs. Stella Lynch, Tucson, Ariz.; four brothers, Wiley Bourne, Burton, Kans.; Merle Bourne and Eddie Bourne, Fairfield, Calif.; and Earl Bourne, Wichita.
She was preceded in death by her mother, two brothers and a sister. She will be long remembered for her kindness and thoughtfulness to everyone.
