Sir Thomas, known to his biker friends as 10 Cent, passed Saturday, July 26, 2014 at his home in Ponca City with his family by his side. He was 46 years of age.

Thomas was born August 2, 1967 in Blackwell, Oklahoma, the son of Thomas Ray Looper and Anita Darlene Bare Looper and was a member of the Choctaw Nation. He was a 1985 graduate of Blackwell High School and served in the Job Corp after high school. He was married to Jane Smith in 1986. Thomas served his country in the Oklahoma and Kansas National Guard, serving a tour of duty in Iraq from 2003 to 2004. While in the National Guard he earned an Associates Degree in Wildlife Conservation. He and Deborah Spaulding were married on March 17, 2014.

Thomas was a member of the American Legion, VFW and Moose Lodge and was a supporter of ABATE and AVMC. His enjoyments included hunting, fishing, camping, taking walks around the lake or in the country, singing karaoke, playing the spoons and tambourine.

He is survived by his wife Deborah, four children, Thomas Harold Looper of Ponca City, Desirae Marie Gagnon and husband Luke of Alva, Oklahoma, Lydia Darlene Philpott and husband Johnathan of Ponca City and Christian Santana Looper of Deer Creek, Oklahoma one sister, Katrina Floro of Hutchinson, Kansas two brothers, Shayne Looper and wife Anna, of Blackwell and Brian Peterson of Wisconsin three grandchildren, Zoey Gagnon, Adriana Philpott and Brayden Looper numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and parents.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2014 at the James W. Roberts Memorial Chapel of Blackwell Cemetery. With Chaplain Mike Sweetman of Hospice of North Central Oklahoma officiating.
