Funeral Services for Mr. Albert Lee Denzil Jordan, 94, of Troy, Oklahoma will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 2:00 p. m. at the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Mill Creek, Oklahoma with Brother Jonathan Smith officiating, assisted by Brother Darryl Patrick.
Interment will follow in the Troy Cemetery. Mr. Jordan passed
away on November 27, 2015 in Lubbock, Texas.
Albert Lee Denzil Jordan went home to meet his Savior November 27 in Brownfield,
Texas. Denzil was born December 28, 1920 to Clarence and Mollie Jordan in
Hickory, Oklahoma. He farmed in Meadow and Gomez before moving to Ravia and
Troy, Oklahoma where he made a living being a great cattleman. He was a member
of the Mill Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church in Mill Creek, Oklahoma. Denzil
was never a complainer but a prayer warrior and loved his family and friends and
would do anything for anyone.
He was preceded in death by his wives Willie Lou
Jordan and Vivian Bynum Jordan, two sons Robert Clarence Jordan, infant son
Albert Lee Jordan along with six brothers Clarence, John, Dell, George, Everett, Elzie and one sister Willie Ready.
Survivors include his son Gerald Don Jordan and wife Linda, of Brownfield, two
stepsons Don Bynum and Jerry Bynum. He also had four grandchildren - Chase
Jordan of Cactus, Texas, Gary Jordan and wife Traci of Andrews, Texas, Danny
Jordan and wife Angela of Hobbs, New Mexico and Shawn and wife Kristi of
Lubbock, Texas. Great Grandchildren include Justin, Taylor, Jathan, Jake, Cody
and wife Fallon, Brandon, Harlee, Devin, Emma and Tanner, and Javen. He also had
two great-great grandchildren Karsyn and Brock. He also had lots of special
nieces and nephews and a friend that called him Dad and he called her his
daughter, Janet Crenshaw.
Pall Bearers will be Justin Jordan, Taylor Jordan,
Brandon Jordan, Cody Jordan, Devin Jordan, and Rickey Jordan.
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home in Tishomingo,
Oklahoma Friday night.
Donations may be made to Interim Hospice of Brownfield,
Texas or any charity of choice.
