Funeral Services for Wayne Andrews, 69, of Ravia, Oklahoma will
be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clark Funeral Chapel
with Rev. J. D. Leavelle officiating.
Interment will follow in the Troy
Cemetery. Mr. Andrews passed away on Sunday, October 25th, at his home.
Wayne was born on November 26, 1939 in Fobb, Oklahoma to James W. Andrews and
Winnie Estalean Dewberry Andrews. He graduated from high school at Russett,
Oklahoma and married Sue Davis on December 19, 1959 in Tishomingo. Wayne was a
farmer and rancher his entire working life. He was preceded in death his parents
and a niece, Karen Andrews.
Wayne is survived by his wife Sue, of the home; two daughters & sons-in-law,
Angie & Donnie Oxley of Ravia and Drenda & John Harris of Ardmore; his son &
daughter-in-law, John & Shelly Andrews of Milburn; two brothers, Wendyle Andrews
and his wife Ruth of Ardmore, and Troy Andrews of Frisco, Texas; his sister,
Wanda Talkington & her husband Frank of Sulphur; six grandchildren; eight
great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
