Funeral Services for Mr. Glen D. Wolfe, 76, of Bella Vista, Arkansas will be held on Monday, October 5th, 2015 at 10:00 a. m. at the First Baptist Church of Tishomingo with Rev. Paul Wolfe officiating.
Interment will follow in the Tishomingo Cemetery. Mr. Wolfe
passed away on Tuesday, September 29th, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers,
Arkansas.
Glen was born on June 24th, 1939 in Konawa, Oklahoma to Doris William Wolfe and
Elsie Mae (Clark) Wolfe. He was the winningest college football coach of the
decade in the 80's. However, his greatest accomplishment was the impact he made
on so many young lives.
Glen was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Larry and Steve.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Elaine (Baker) Wolfe; two sons, Gegory
Wolfe and wife Shannon, Michael Wolfe and wife Tammy; four grandsons, Brenner,
Ketcher, Strael and Tyler; three granddaughters, Bailee, Mackey, Taylor; four
brothers, Tommy, Ricky, Dallas, and Billy Wolfe; two sisters, Ruth Gorman and
Judy wolfe; and the many lives he touched during the years he coached.
The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 4-6 pm at Clark Funeral
Service in Tishomingo.
