TISHOMINGO -- Services for Hazel Deaver Hilton, 82, will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Westside Church of Christ with Stuart Bailey officiating.
Interment will follow at Tishomingo Cemetery.
Born February 6, 1922, in Milburn to Alfred L. and Bertha Morgan Deaver, she died October 8, 2004, in Tishomingo.
She married Lesley L. "Cutter" Hilton October 23, 1949, in Sherman, Texas. He preceded her in death October 27, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Morgan Lee Hilton; a brother, Bill Deaver; and other family members.
She graduated from Ravia High School and worked for the Armstrong's Department in Tishomingo for 25 years.
She was a lifelong resident of Johnston County and a 70-year member of the Church of Christ faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Janene Davenport, Tishomingo; two grandsons, Brent Williamson, Tishomingo; and Leslie Williamson, Yukon; great-granddaughter, Morgan Elizabeth Williamson; sister-in-law, Wilma Deaver, Ardmore; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Bearers are Brent and Leslie Williamson, Buddy and Lance Deaver, and Bill Hilton. Honorary bearers are Joed Inman, Jim Davenport, Bill Bennett and Amos Adams.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. today at Clark Funeral Home.
