James was born on July 15, 1960 in Tishomingo to the late James Charles Arles & Annie Lee (Wallace) Arles. James was raised in Tishomingo and attended Tishomingo Public Schools. James made Johnston County his home all his life. James worked bailing & hauling hay and done farm work all his working life. James was of the Pentecostal faith and he had a passion for fishing & telling jokes. He loved his family dearly. James will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday May 09, 2018 at 10am at the Abundant Life Cathedral in Tishomingo with Reverend Daniel Stephens officiating.
Interment will follow in the Tishomingo Cemetery with Clayton Arles, Dakota Arles, Dannion Stowe, Johnathon Lively serving as pallbearers. Soloist for the service will be Dannion Stowe.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home. Services have been entrusted to the care & direction of Tishomingo Funeral Home.
