Graveside Services for Mrs. Edith L. Stanley, 75, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 2:00 p. m. at the Russett Cemetery. 

Mrs. Stanley passed away on November 21, 2018 at the Texoma Health Care Center in Sherman, Texas.

Edith was born on June 6, 1943 in Reagan, Oklahoma to Herbert Beesley, Sr. and Bernice (Massengill) Beesley. She loved her grandchildren, cooking, Hank Williams, Jr., and watching football, particularly the Oklahoma Sooners and Green Bay Packers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Spencer Stanley, Jr.; a sister, Maybelle Stockley and a brother, Herbert Beesley, Jr.

Edith is survived by: her daughter, Shirley Webb and husband Donald of Houston, Texas; her son, Chris Stanley of Lawton, Oklahoma; two brothers, Sonny Beesley and wife Sue and Tim Beessley, all of Tishomingo; her sister, Sue Robins of Tishomingo; the father of her children, Spencer Stanley, Sr. of Lawton; two granddaughters, Spencer-Kate Webb and Ryan Elizabeth Webb of Houston; a grandson, Seth Stanley of Ohio; and other relatives.
