Funeral Services for Addison Grace Martin, infant
triplett of Brandon Scott Martin and Heather Lynn (Judd) Martin
will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 10:00 a. m. in
the Herb Clark Memorial Chapel with Brother Aaron Fenlason
officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in
Wapanucka, Oklahoma. Addison Grace was born and passed away on
September 9, 2015 in Wichita, Kansas.
She is survived by her parents, her sisters, Olivia Hope and
Audrey Faith Martin, her maternal grandparents, John and Teri
Judd, her paternal grandparents, Albert and Rhonda Martin, and
other relatives.
The family request that memorials be made in Addison's name to
Agape'Care Cradle, Inc., PO Box 704, Wichita, Kansas 67201-0704.
