Memorial Services for Jonathan Matthew Hotema, 27, of Ada, Oklahoma will be held on Thursday, July 5th, 2012 at 2:00 p. m. in the Mill Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church with Brother Benny Hotema officiating. A private burial will be held later.
Jonathan passed away on June 27th, as the result of an automobile accident.
He was born on June 9th, 1985 in Dallas, Texas to James Hotema and Deborah (Taylor) Hotema. He grew up in Mill Creek, Oklahoma and attended school there. Afterward, he attended and graduated from the Roadmaster Truck Driving School. Jonathan was working as a commerial truck driver at the time of his death.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cyrus & Georgine Hotema.
Jonathan is survived by three daughters, Carlee Rene Hotema and Jordan McKenzie Hotema, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Akaya Jadlyn Davenport of Ada; his fiance', Kiri Scroggins, who is expecting their child of the home; his parents, James & Jamie Hotema of Mill Creek; three brothers, James Montana Hotema of Selah, Washington, Thomas Christopher Hotema of Chico, California and Michael Lester Hotema, Jr. of Ardmore, Oklahoma; other relatives and friends.
