Johnie Lee Hill, 61, of Mannsville, Oklahoma passed away April 18, 2012 at the Mercy Memorial Hospital in Ardmore.

He was born on August 2, 1950 to the late William Lee and Betty Ann Thompson Hill in Ardmore. Johnie was raised in the Ardmore and Mannsville area. He graduated from the Mannsville High School in 1968 before joining the United States Air Force where he served till 1972. Johnie also attended the Southeastern Oklahoma S t a t e University. He married Linda Marie Oglesby on August 2, 1980 in Mannsville. Johnie worked in education for 35 years at the Tushka High School, Mannsville Elementary and Victory Life Academy in Durant. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with his family and watching sports. Johnie was deacon at the Amazing Grace Church in Ardmore, Oklahoma

He is survived by: Wife: Linda Marie Hill, Mannsville, Oklahoma. Children: Brandon Hill and wife Britney, Brittany Parker and husband Daniel. Grandchild: Bralynn Culp. Aunts and Uncles: Willis and Lawanda Jo Hall, Wanda Johnson.Sisters: Latisha Gray and husband Ernest, Twanda Hill and Bert Lummus, Diane Bralley. Nieces: Carey Looney, Kelley Williamson, Courtney Bralley, Shari Stidham, Teresa Smith and Stephanie Jones. Nephews: Raymond Jones, Michael Stidham and Matthew Oglesby. Great Nieces: Hailley and Meagan Williamson, Ryleigh Kay Smith. Great Nephews: Dillon Gray, Gatlin Looney, Logan Musgrove and Kaden Musgrove. Great Great Niece: Dillaynie Gray. Pets: Boomer, Coco, Percy, Peppy, Big Boy and Rebel. Mother in-law: Nell Stewart. Father in-law: Donald Harry Oglesby. Brother in-laws: Larry and Gary Oglesby and Ryan Bralley. Sister in-law: Sharon Stidham.

Casket Bearers: Calvin Burton, Shannon Saxon, Dennis James, Phil Crane, Jack Hester, Ernest Gray and Ryan Bralley. Honorary Bearers: Gary Eubank, David Dill, Wes Scruggs, Jerry James, Matt James, Jason Colvard, J. J. Parker and Lane Miller.

Visitation will be Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Watts Funeral Home , Madill from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and family hour from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m., April 21, 2012 at the Assembly of God Church, Mannsville, Oklahoma. Pastor Duane Sheriff, Pastor Sue Sheriff, Pastor Tom Estes, and Pastor Betty Hester will officiate the service. Music arranged by Tom Estes, Jackie Peoples, Jack Hester and Shelly Webb.

Interment will be at the Mannsville Cemetery, Mannsville, Ok Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home , Madill, Oklahoma. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome. com.
