Claire Yvonne Harper, age 83, passed away on April 4, 2021. Claire was born in Huntington Park, CA on April 12, 1937, to Leonard and Afra Dunlop.

Yvonne married the love of her life Farrell Lewis Harper in Las Vegas in 1955, they came to Johnston County in the late 1990s and considered Tishomingo their hometown. Farrell passed away in June 2002. 

Yvonne worked as a property manager and later on worked as a store clerk. She was a member of the Chickasaw Nation and attended The United Methodist Church. She also enjoyed beading as a hobby. 
 
She is preceded in death by her parents Leonard Dunlop, Afra Dyckman and stepfather Bill Dyckman, her late husband Farrell Lewis Harper, her brother Harold Dunlop, son Leonard William Harper, grandson Jason David Johnston and great-grandson Anthony Jr. Harper 

Left to cherish Yvonne’s memory are her children Farrell Lee Harper of Medford, OR, Fredrick Lee Harper pf Medford, OR, Victoria Lynn Harper- Vaughn and husband Bob of Fort Worth, TX, Richard Alan Harper and wife Donna Marie of Phoenix, AZ, Patricia Louise Harper of Tishomingo, Jeffery Scot Harper of Hemet, CA, Afra Joanne Harper of Tishomingo, also 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren 
 
Funeral Services for Yvonne are Friday, April 9, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Mannsville United Methodist Church with burial to follow at Mannsville Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday, April 8, 2021, from 6:30 to 8:30 at Mannsville United Methodist Church in Mannsville, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service, Madill.
