Jimmie Leon Coffman, 79, of Ardmore, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023, in Ardmore surrounded by his family.

He was born on October 13, 1943, in Reagan, Oklahoma to the late William Lewis Coffman and Wanzell Abi Beesley Green. Jimmie was raised all over the country moving around with his family. He married Betty McVey Burton on March 15, 1965, in Gainesville, Texas. Jimmie lived in Dallas, Texas for a short time before he moved to Mannsville, Oklahoma. He worked at Michelin for several years before he retired. In 1976 he moved to Ardmore where he lived the rest of his life. Jimmie was a member of Lakeview Golf Course and enjoyed golfing and watching his grandchildren play sports.
 

Jimmie is survived by wife Becky Coffman, Ardmore, Oklahoma; Children: Wade Coffman and wife Kellye, Ardmore, Oklahoma and Christi Coffman, Ardmore, Oklahoma. 5 Grandchildren: Jonathan Muhl, Bodee Coffman, Caleb Coffman, Dakota Boggs and wife Kayla, Isaac Coffman. 2 Great Grandchildren: Storm and Bayan. Aunt Deloris “Bunch” Fry, Ravia, Oklahoma. Cousin: Susie Robins, Tishomingo, Oklahoma and Kenneth Knott and wife Sue, Odessa, Texas.
Many family members and close friends.
 
Casket Bearers: Wade Coffman, Jonathan Muhl, Bodee Coffman, Caleb Coffman, Dakota Boggs, Isaac Coffman.
