Funeral Services for Mrs. Barbara Jane Ogle, 58, of Coleman, Oklahoma will be held on Thursday, October 24th, 2013 at 11:00 a. m. in the Clark Funeral Chapel in Tishomingo, Oklahoma with Mark McDaniel.
Interment will follow in the Coleman Cemetery. Mrs. Ogle
passed away on October 20th, 2013 at the Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma
City.
Barbara was born on July 29th, 1955 in Coalgate, Oklahoma to Hubert Lampkin and
Alice Leora (Woodell) Lampkin. She graduated from high school in Springer,
Oklahoma and spent her life in Carter and Johnston Counties. She worked for many
years as a tire inspector for the Michelin Tire Company in Ardmore, Oklahoma and
was forced to take a medical retirement. She married Charles Ogle on July 12th,
1997 in Coleman. Barbara had worked for the Ma and Pa’s Café and Store in
Coleman and loved to sew as one of her hobbies.
She is survived by her husband Charles, of the home; her daughter, Amy (Vaughn)
Culbreath of Caney, Oklahoma; two sons, Mark & Jonathan Vaughn of Ardmore; a
step-son, Jeff Ogle of Mannsville and a step-daughter, Jennifer (Ogle) Bond also
of Mannsville; her parents, Hubert and Leora Lampkin of Ardmore; three brothers,
Danny Lampkin of Bells, Texas, Donnie Lampkin and Hubert Lampkin, both of
Ardmore; two sisters, Hazel Darter and Sheila Lampkin, also of Ardmore; twelve
grandchildren; other relative and friends.
Serving as Pallbearers will be members of Mrs. Ogle's family.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday evening at the funeral
home.
