Funeral Services for Mary Dale Nichols were held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 2, 2018, in the chapel of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home,

Interment followed at 4:00 PM, at Condon Grove Cemetery, in Tishomingo. Services were under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home.

Mary Dale Adamson Nichols was born January 6, 1944, in Phillips, Texas, to Joseph Hal & Helen Dale Adamson. and passed away January 30, 2018, at the age of 73. She worked in Petroleum Information for over 20 years, and then worked for the State of Oklahoma, for over 10 years. She spent her entire life helping others.


Preceding her in death were her husband, of 30 years, Bennie Nichols; mother, Helen Dale Adamson; father, Joe Adamson; brother, Joe Adamson, II; 2 sons, Brian Nichols and Larry Nichols; and nephew, Jody Adamson.

Survivors include her son, Rickie Nichols & wife, Leona, of Yukon; 4 grandchildren, Kelly, of Yukon, Lisa, of Yukon, Kent, of Oklahoma City, and Loghan, of Oklahoma City; 3 great-grandchildren, Kaylynn, Aiyana, and Ashyah, all of Oklahoma City; sister, Rita; and nephew, Kenny.
