Graveside services for Millard Lee Wainscott, 94, of Allen are 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 27, 2022 at Non Cemetery, Rev. Randall Miller will officiate. A visitation will be held Sunday, June 26, 2022 from to 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Criswell Funeral Home in Ada.

Mr. Wainscott died Thursday, June 23, 2022 at his home, after a brief illness. He was born April 12, 1928 to C. E. and Annie Virgie Cross Wainscott.

He married Aliene Fulton on January 5, 1948. They were married 73 years before she preceded him in death on February 20, 2021. Mr. Wainscott was a Rancher, working over 30 years in Texas and Oklahoma. He also retired as an employee for Hughes County in 2000. He attended Richmond Avenue Free Will Baptist Church and was a Deacon at Non Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Barbara Barrett and husband Fred, Allen; two sons, Steve Wainscott and wife Centhy, Calvin and Stoney Wainscott and wife Bobbie, McAlester; one brother, Morris Wainscott, Allen; two sisters, Alene Brooks, Ardmore and Lou Janda, Ada; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his little dog Prissy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Aliene; four brothers, Ferman Wainscott, Max Wainscott, Ben Wainscott and Merle Wainscott; and two sisters, Margie Kerr and Lemesa Clenney.
