Graveside services for Rickey Louis Snider, 69, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Non Cemetery, Rev. Richard Bailey will officiate. Viewing will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home in Ada and from 12:00 noon Tuesday until service time at the Allen Chapel.
Mr. Snider passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023 at a Shawnee hospital. He was born July 8, 1953 at Holdenville, OK to John Edward and Ethel Bernice Peters Snider.
He married Barbara Potter March 20, 1970. Mr. Snider was a mechanic in the oilfield industry.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Snider, of the home; two sons, Denny Snider of Ada and Richard Snider and wife Tiana of Moore; two brothers, Roy Snider and wife Paula of Allen and Leon Snider and wife Betty of Ada; a sister, Linda Sue Willard of Ada; four grandchildren, Shayla Veal, Fittstown, Boady Snider, Stonewall, Sami Snider and Riki Snider, both of Moore; three great-grandchildren, Broagen Snider, Stonewall, Beckett Snider, Stonewall and Olympus Veal, Fittstown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Franklin Snider.
