Hazel Jean Buckmaster, age 78, of Chickasha was born the daughter of James Henson and Ann Groves Henson on February 21, 1927, in Oklahoma City, OK. She died on November 18, 2005, in Chickasha.

Hazel's wish was to be cremated. A graveside service will be held at a later date in the Wetumka Cemetery at Wetumka, Oklahoma.

Arrangements are under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
