The funeral for Mildred Ellen Zollinger, 89, will be 10 am. Saturday in Laverne First Baptist Church. The Rev. Ted Barker will officiate. Burial will be in Laverne Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are by Myatt - Saegar Funeral Home. She was born Nov. 9, 1912 , in Helena to Roscoe and Grace Beryl Sparks Ewing and died Wednesday, October 16, 2002 at Woodward Regional Hospital in Woodward. She graduated from Buffalo High School in 1931. On Aug. 27, 1932 , she married Claude Henry Zollinger At Buffalo. She was a housewife and a homemaker and was a member of Laverne First Baptist Church, Rebekah Club, Worthwhile Club of Mount Pleasant Community and bowling league in Laverne. Surviving are six sons, Richard and Bill of Laverne, Rocky and Veldon of Crescent, Junior of Woodward and Joe of Hayes, Kan.; one daughter Shirley Henningh of Laverne; two brothers, Kenneth "Dub" of Liberal, Kan., and Bud of Jenks; two sisters June Kueser of Ellsworth, Kan., and Jean Collins of Buffalo; 21 grandchildren ; 46 great grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; one daughter, six brothers and six sisters. Memorials may be made to Laverne Ambulance Service or to charity of donor's choice. |
