LAVERNE - Services for Fern Estella Berry, 81, will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church in Laverne with the Rev. Michael Chaffin, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Laverne Cemetery directed by Seeger Funeral Home. Mrs. Berry died in a Shattuck hospital Wednesday.

She was born Sept. 6, 1906, at Doby Springs in Harper County and married Harold W. Berry at Buffalo in May 1925. She was a 1925 graduate of Laverne High School, a member of the Laverne United Methodist Church and the Laverne Valley Club. She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother.

Survivors include a son, Harold D. of Laverne; a daughter, Mrs Willie (Virginia Lee) Berry Jr. of Gage; two sisters, Delilah Carter of Laverne and Louise Barrow of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Laverne United Methodist Church building fund through the funeral home.
