SATURDAY SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. J.T. SELLS
Funeral services for Mrs. J.T. Sells were held Saturday June 26,1965 at 2.30 p.m. from the Lake Creek Church of Christ with Bro. Dale Church officiating. Interment was made in the City cemetery under the direction of the Irwin Funeral Home.
Mary Beatrice Sells was born to Mr. and Mrs. Tom Teague on Feb 7, 1910 in Sweetwater, Oklahoma. She died June 23, 1965 in the Hobart General Hospital. She was married to Joe Tullie Sells Dec 24, 1925 in Granite. She was a member of the Church of Christ and Rebekah Lodge of Willow.
To this union eight children were born. She is survived by her husband J. T. Sells and Lois Dilbeck of Clinton Sherman AFB, Okla; Henry M. Sells of Wheeler AFB Libya North Africa; Roy Sells of Oklahoma City, Okla ; Ethel Sadler of Altus, Okla; Joyce Arterberry of Mangum, Okla; Joe T. Sells Jr. of Leesville, Louisiana; Diane Sells of the home ; one step-son Loyd Edmon Sells of Oklahoma City, Okla; and 22 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Hazel in 1947. She is also survived by nine brothers and sisters Nelis Teague of Pampa, TX Mrs. Emma Lea Kelly, of Pampa, TX Willard D. Teague, of Pampa, TX Mrs. Grace Goode of Midland, TX Mrs. LouElla Randall of Compton, Calif Horace Teague of San Jose, Calif Tom Teague of Pampa, TX Lee Teague of Compton, Calif and a host of relatives and friends.
Casket bearers were Frank Carothers, Charlie Christian, Raymond Murray, Raymond Dillahunty, LaVerne Looper and L. J. Norman.

Joe Tullie Sells, 75, of Granite died Friday at Mangum City Hospital.
Services were to be held at 2 p.m. today in the Church of Christ in Granite with Vernon Turner and Ed Sisson officiating. Burial was at the Granite City Cemetery under the direction of Greer Funeral Home of Mangum.
Born Nov. 7, 1896 in Fenpress County, Texas. He moved to Granite in 1919 and resided in the community since that date. Sells was a member of the Church of Christ in Granite.
Survivors include four daughters: Mrs. Ethel Sadler of Altus, OK, Mrs. Diane Corcoran of Lawrence, Mass., Mrs. Lois Dilbeck of Alexandria, La., Mrs. Joyce Arterberry of Dallas, Texas. Four sons: Loyd Edmon and Roy of Oklahoma City, Okla., Henry of Enid, J. T. Sells of Seaside, Calif. Two sisters, Mrs. Paul Copeland of Corvallis, Ore., Mrs. Harris Copeland of Crowford, Texas, one brother Mike, of Granite, two half-brothers, Richard Cravens of Granite and Arnold Cravens of Oakwood, Texas.
