January 13, 1911 - December 25, 1990Blackwell – The funeral for Rose Lee Zeman, 79, who died Tuesday, December 25, 1990, at Blackwell Regional Hospital, will be at 2:30 PM Friday at Hills Funeral Home, Medford. The Rev. Randy Hodges, minister of First United Methodist Church, Blackwell, will officiate. Burial will be in Rosemound Cemetery.
She was born January 13, 1911, near Jefferson to John and Bertha Robe Biggs. In 1934, she married Frank Zeman. They lived in Grant County, moving to Blackwell in 1973. She was a member of Eureka Star Home Extension Club.
Surviving are three sons, John of Little Rock, Arkansas, Joe of Nardin and Marvin of Blackwell; two daughters, Olga Kretchmar of Medford and Vivian Williams of Corvallis, Oregon; two sisters, Angie Porter of San Diego, California, and Grace Adams of Oklahoma City; and 13 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one granddaughter, two brothers and one sister.
The family will be at the home of Joe Zeman, one – half mile south of Nardin.
