Funeral services for Jacob Lee States, 26, Pond Creek resident, will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 in the Medford Civic Center with Pastor Marc Quattlebaum officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Rosemound Cemetery, Medford, under the kind guidance of the Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Jacob was born on July 13, 1995 in Blackwell, the son of Marvin States and Robin Ramsey Logan, and passed away on April 6, 2022 in Blackwell.
