The funeral for Glenda Reynolds, 80, is 10 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2018, in Pond Creek at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Mike Oates officiating. Burial is in Pond Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home.

Glenda was born October 5, 1937, in Enid to Glenn and Virginia E. Reed, and died July 23, 2018, at home in Pond Creek. She grew up on a farm southwest of Pond Creek and attended school in Pond Creek.

Surviving family are husband David Reynolds of Nederland, TX; daughter, Dana Carroll of Carrollton, TX; son, Darren Reynolds (Debbie) of Lamont; sister, Jo Ann Conway (Leon) of Derby, KS; brother, Bob Reed of Enid; grandchildren, Linzey (Will), Dustin (Kristin), Cameron (Michelle), Crystal (Trevor), Laura, Reed, Kellen, Arian, Brenan; six great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Dr. Roger Sybrant of Casper, WY; eight nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Pond Creek Cemetery Association, Pond Creek Volunteer Ambulance and Firefighter Association, or Hospice Circle of Love.

May 7, 1939 - April 2, 2021

Visitation for David L. Reynolds will be 6:00-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, OK. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at Wilson Funeral Home Pond Creek, with Rev. Jeff McReynolds officiating. Interment will follow in Pond Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Pond Creek Cemetery Association, Pond Creek Fire & EMS Association or Hospice Circle of Love.

David was born May 7, 1939, in Enid, OK, to Clyde and Emily Reynolds. He died April 2, 2021, at his home in Pond Creek.

He grew up on the family homestead south of Pond Creek. David graduated from Pond Creek High School and attended Oklahoma State University, graduating with a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. David and Glenda Reed Reynolds moved to Nederland, TX, where they raised their family. He worked for Texaco for 49 years. He continued throughout his life with his passion of farming at the family farms.

David was preceded in death by his parents, wife Glenda (Reed) Reynolds and sister Virginia (Reynolds) Sybrant.

He is survived by his daughter Dana Carroll; son Darren Reynolds and Debbie; 9 grandchildren, Linzey (Will), Dustin (Kristin), Cameron (Michelle), Crystal, Laura, Reed, Kellen, Arian, Brenan (Natalie); six great-grandchildren, Seth, Kaley, Raelyn, Brooklynn, Kelly and Avery; brothers-in-law Dr. Roger Sybrant of Casper, Wyoming, Bob Reed of Enid; sister-in-law Jo Ann Conway and Leon of Derby, Kansas.
