Services for Dan Midgley will be conducted at 3:30 PM Thursday in the Henninger – Allen Chapel with the Rev. Dorothy Borachinski in charge. Burial will follow in the family plot at the Pond Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jonas Bass, Howard Bass, George Bass, Dan Rickel, W. C. Rickel and Billy Rickel.
Mr. Midgley, 79, of 1001 Sequoyah Dr., died Friday, October 30, 1953 in the Rifle, Colorado, hunting area after a heart attack. He was a big – game hunting at the time of the attack, his favorite sport and hobby.
He is survived by his wife of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Floyd Fothergill, Enid; one sister, Mrs. Mae Johnson, Long Beach, California.
