Pond Creek Cemetery



A memorial service was held for Jane Ellen Brown, 61, of Pond Creek Wednesday in Grandview, Mo. A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Pond Creek Cemetery. The Rev. Ronnie Hopkins will officiate. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek.

She was born May 19, 1944, in Pond Creek to Jack and Jane Kelly Foley and died Sunday, July 10, 2005, at St. Joseph Hospital in Missouri.

She grew up in Pond Creek and Jefferson, graduating from Pond Creek High School in 1962. She moved to Grandview in 1969, where she worked for Peterson Manufacturing, retiring in 1999.

Surviving are her three children, Bruce Johnson, Kelly Johnson, Rebecca Brown and eight grandchildren.
